Michael W. Bates is a night shift Rehabilitation Aide here at the Butte SPIRIT Home. Michael has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from Rockford Business School in Rockford, Illinois. He has worked in customer service for many years and ran a recovery home in the early 2000s. Michael was 2 time employee of the month with 2 different agencies in his life and was on the honor roll and Dean's list in college. He believes in helping people recover and believes that GOD has led him to this position. Michael is always willing to listen to people and help them succeed in life and is very much a team player. His hope is to add some joy to the SPIRIT Home.
